Exhibitor Opportunities

Exhibition stand @ $1250 per stand

Please note that a large commercial exhibition is not planned, as the event will primarily be a conference, and participants will be in sessions for the majority of each day. However we can offer the opportunity for exhibitors to have a 3m x 2m area/exhibition space at the event. Exhibition displays will be situated in the Grand Ballroom area of The Resort and Conference Center at Hyannis (previously known as the Four Points by Sheraton Hyannis Resort). Refreshments breaks, lunch and posters will also be located in this area, guaranteeing maximum exposure for the duration of the conference.

A booking includes:

  • 3m x 2m exhibition space, a table and power supply will be provided. Exhibitors are able to bring their own stand, however please ensure you do not exceed the space allocated
  • 1 delegate place (includes: delegate manual; mid session refreshments and lunch)
  • Additional exhibition staff may be registered at the reduced rate of $300

Please note: Your booking does not cover insurance, which should be arranged separately. It is also very important to note that full contact details of delegates will not be available to any exhibitor or sponsor due to data protection restrictions, and the provision of delegate contact details is not considered part of this booking.

Literature display @ $300

Your promotional materials will be displayed by the conference organisers on a dedicated literature display in the Grand Ballroom where delegates will have their coffee breaks, lunch and Poster viewing session.

Delegate wallet insert @ $500

Your promotional materials can be inserted into each Delegate wallet given to participants on site. This applies to light weight materials only – books etc. will not be inserted into delegate wallets, but are more appropriate for literature displays.

Materials should be sent to the Conference Secretariat in time for insertion into the delegate wallet - specific dates will be provided on application and quantities will be provided nearer the conference.
